I believe outsourcing
executive level jobs that are paying obscene amounts
to other countries with experienced MBAs would offer
a great cost savings..

Head office in New York, CEO in Delhi. Who's to know? <gg>

James, I would like to see evolution in the field
of executive pay also though. I work in a large
corporation. HR is a joke. I believe outsourcing
executive level jobs that are paying obscene amounts
to other countries with experienced MBAs would offer
a great cost savings..

Matt:

There is so much waste in large corporations as well as gov't agencies... In a free enterprise system we have to take the good with the bad... Too much big brother regulation would probably do more harm than good... The Enron/Worldcom/Dick Grasso scandals have focused media attention on potential improprieties in the corporate world... Put enough Mike Wallace types out there to sniff around and you'll see corporate America forced to clean up its act or at least do a better coverup job... : >
