"House Bill 1199 to require anyone at a gun show, even those who want to sell a single gun from his or her private collection, to undertake intrusive, big-government background checks" Having someone who sells guns go under a background check does not mean you are against the 2nd amendment. I think it is a good idea, and I am very pro gun rights. Allowing anybody to sell guns is not the same as allowing citizens to own them. Do you seriously think this is an effort by him to take away our 2nd Amendment right? If so, I think your paranoia is showing again.
