To little bob (there are so many bobs and sydneys who might be Bobs that I am getting thoroughly confused. and to Bux - thanks for your recent posts. I thought maybe I had left my reading comprehension skills back at the University. Seriously, I don't really know the issue that brought bux here or the one that brought bob here, but I think you both buttress my point that there needs to be a clarity of enforcement and a congruence of enforcement in order for the perception to be that it is (oh oh) "fair and balanced." I think the selfish business interest requires that perception. Again, all my opinion, without debating or questioning the right of the Owner to be arbitrary if he so chooses.
