I agree, the California recall is pure California. They are a different set of folks from you and me. What other state, for example, would give drivers licenses to illegal aliens? That will be an interesting case of some other states try to refuse to accept California drivers licenses for driving in their states. Or pass laws saying that no drivers license issued to an illegal resident of the US will be honored in their state. Full Faith and Credit meets the INS. Whew!
