900,000 people were paid to sign the recall. Most of those didn't even vote in the real election. So what do they have to overturn an election?

I'm not a Californian either, but I hope the recall is shot down. Mainly because it was bought and paid for by the RNC.

78% of Californians polled say the state is heading in the wrong direction. One third of those who signed the recall petition were registered Democrats.

California's economy is going down the tubes, not because of Enron and George Bush, but because of a pandering Spendocrat governor and, more importantly, a state legislature that is firmly under the control of leftist radicals.

In a way, I'd like to see Davis and the current legislature stay in power. Keep on raising taxes, creating more bureaucracy and stifling regulations, encouraging illegal immigration, hiring more useless government employees and feeding more pork to their unions. Yes, keep on throttling the golden goose until every productive business and individual in the state says "The hell with this" and just ups and leaves.

The rest of the country needs to watch CA carefully. Watch and learn...
