Does anybody here have any details on this...

Sabotage and other problems have kept Iraqi oil production far below its capacity — saddling the U.S. taxpayer with the burden of paying for Iraqi reconstruction.

What "sabotage and other problems", I'd like to know... I looked on the web and can't find any information... would it be cheaper to commit xxx billions to the oilfields and allocate reconstruction to the oilfields anybody know? tia

This is the main area where we just disagree.

Of course the terror problem is not solved. But I believe the solution is being proactive. If we had sat on our hands and done nothing, I believe there would have been another 9-11 style of attack.

Could you have honestly said on 9-12-01 that today 2 years later, there would not have been another attack? I don't think so. I think that can be attributed to us being proactive.

War killed a small fraction compared to those killed by Saddam - but blamed on UN Sanctions.
