Jim, As I suspect you already know. that drug is a PI that is fraught with all of the side-effects of PIs. I know there are people who have an intimate knowledge of how WF10 works and who feel that it may be of benefit if used EARLY in the infection. It is likely that the body's own immune response is doing most of the damage due to pro-inflammatory reactions that are very aggressive and destroy critical tissues like the lungs. Be well, MB
