PS: Prechter has not done that well since 1987, IMO.

You are describing the theory of Elliott Waves and a guy named Robert Prechter is the current modern day champion of this theory.
No, I'm saying that increases or decreases in fear of terrorism tend to result in downward or upward pressure on stock prices, with the primary effect occurring 3-5 weeks after the peak or trough in my Fear Factor indicator.

BTW, yes I've heard about Prechter, and read some of what he's written. Not interested in reading any more. He's entitled to his theories and opinions, but they're not very similar to mine.
