I'll tell you how atypical vermont is. It is not running deficits has most people with health coverage and is smack in the middle with respect to median household income. Sounds like it is being run much better than most states.

There is no evidence that tax cuts stimulate economic activity. You cannot control what people will spend their monies on and certainly driving the country into a greater deficit every year to line the pockets of the rich is no solution.
