Nobody is arguing that an unethical or immature therapist cannot cause harm. Anybody can cause harm in any profession or in a grocery store. If a person knows himself to be unstable or problematic in the line of ethics he ought to avoid situations which challenges his weakness (as your hypothetical fellow is doing). In that aspect I support you and I stand with you.

I have some difficulty imagining a situation where one suffered unwanted sexual advances, and could not connect the incident to ensuing problems. Generally, adults do not repress seduction, and rarely do they repress rape. Thus, it merely casts the incidents into a more ambiguous light, in my eyes.
