<a 14-year-old boy was killed at a wedding when celebratory rifle shots were mistaken for hostile fire.>

Iraqis should soon figure out that it is not a bright idea to fire any celebratory rifle shots. They should wave their hands in the air and cheer. Women could wave their hands in the air and ululate.

That would be far less threatening than a lot of rifle fire, some of which, I'm sure, would be accidentally on purpose directed towards USA troops.
