I want success - representative government in Iraq, with less violence, more prosperity, US departure because we are no longer needed. What the complainers want is unclear to me. I can't help but wonder if they really want a failure - US departs, but Iraq is left to Saddamists, Islamists, torturers. Despotism and misery. I suspect they want Bush and Blair to fail. For many people, Bush and Blair are synonymous with evil. Its why consensus is important. In any case, its surprising to me how much they dislike Blair. Maybe I should read a bit more of British press. You didn't know that his approval rating in the UK has dropped below 30% and over 40% of the Labour party wants him to resign his office? ted
