One problem is Iraq owes 500 billion to the orld including the French, Germans and Russians. But we are paying for everything now and we want to be reimbursed first. The Kuwaitis and Saudis are also owed huge bucks, not to mention major corporations. The French had their oil deals they want honored. It is a big can of worms. Because the Texan Bushies wanted the Iraqi oil for themselves, they made it almost impossible to get any international help. If we get any we are going to haev to pay for it, purchasing mercenary armies at more expense to tax-payers. We're loaning Turkey 8.5 billion but dont even have any military cooperation yet.
