I am afraid you had unrealistic expectation of the environment after the cessation of major operations. From my perspective, we are doing very well. Do you really think that there was no anticipation of Ba'athist retaliation or the advent of terrorists? It is worse than one might have hoped, better than one might have feared. I do not think that Administration has blundered, I think it has had setbacks........
