Andy Weissman's theory about the low demand for NG being tied to cool weather in certain heavy NG CDD areas is also a factor in low margin this Summer.

The IPP's may be revealing some bad news this Q as I suspect margins and volume were far below expectations.

From the inside 3-5 years looks hopeful.
