That may just happen I guess. Speaking from a European perspective, I can say may businesses are getting badly bogged down with regulations and "best practice" procedures. The threat of some new law being applied or being sued is real bad. I suspect the trade that would be preferred is less regulation here, and perhaps a little more in third world countries. I saw some pictures recently of a new building site in China where the crew were not even wearing hard hats. I am not suggesting China is "third world" or anything. It is a fast developing country that is to be respected. That respect may help us other guys start doing the right things hopefully -g-
