That's only half the equation. If people believe Dean, or whomever the Dem nominee turns out to be, will raise their taxes, lower national security and make things worse, the vote swings back to Bush. He'll have enough money to compete regardless of what the key issues are next year.

Don't kid yourself that he is toast. Because right now, he's in the drivers seat.
