You are right, after 8 years of democrat rule the army is not as well prepared as it should be. And here we are in a war precipitated by the false impression you libs planted that we do not have the resolve to defend ourselves. Luckily we have a leader who doesn't have to take a poll to decide which direction to lead.

The Draft is inevitable if Bush is re-selected in 04. Afghanistan (Bush's poppy crop is in full bloom again) is being neglected and will need more US troops. Iraq, how much longer can the current troops survive, and if they do, what hope do they have of any modicum of sanity, or a normal life upon their return. You don't just come home normal after that experience. Still have to go after Syria, Iran and North Korea. Funnily enough the Saudi's who were obviously heavily involved in 9/11 still have a get out of jail free card. How long will that last. Who will defend the fatherland? Where will all these new troops come from? Will you be drafting aging boomers or young, fat, poorly educated video game addicts? So will the new uniforms be lined with Depends, or just really baggy and worn around the knees? How will you pay for all this? Printing press? More tax cuts? The world is getting very curious. Maybe Novak can get the whitehouse to leak all the answers for us.
