Bush lowered the 15% bracket to 10%. Dean won't repeal that. And he won't get the fiscal mess under control. He'll make it worse.

Dean is not going to be president, but yes he has vowed to repeal all Bush tax cuts including those for the middleclass. Another reason he wont win despite his summer fundraising success.
