The waking up of the US press is a slow process. Yesterday's CBS News was encouraging. Story after story, factually presented. Of course, the facts from the Wilson-Novak "leak", to the cronyism of the New Bridge group was all that was needed. But the wake-up call has yet to reach many. Consider

an article in the major news paper of America's most liberal city. Discussing and concluding that all of the foreign suspicion that the US might be interested in an empire or hegemon, is groundless. Never one mention of the PNAC, or the "blueprint" outlined in "Rebuilding America's Defenses". Pathetically indefensible.
