Isn't this a proposition to close off race as a factor in medical records?
Of course not. It is to prevent that exercise in racial discrimination known as "affirmative action".

As far as affirmative action is concerned, if we had affirmative action in SV, it would result in more US-born workers gaining employment. </i?
LOL!!!
Yesssss.

In the neighborhood I'm in, I'm definitely a minority: Caucasian. The majority are Asian. Not that that is a problem. They work, pay taxes, obey the laws, and maintain their property as much as anyone else. No problem.

They, interestingly, are also victims of their own success. They are discriminated against in college and university admissions because of affirmative action. I guess that makes them honorary Caucasians.

Frankly, if they received every admission slot at UC-Berkeley, I would regard that as a justifiable outcome if they earned it. Others should look at it as a wake-up call.
