I understand the surplus was overstated but we did not go into deficit under Clinton and what Bush has done is inexcusable. I'm sure sick of the excuses too- 911, bubble etc. We have worked through the capacity now. Even bandwidth capacity is winding down. Whats Bush's excuse now. I can hardly wait for the opportunity to fund Iraq's infrastructure, what a joke!
