Everyone has a right to expect to be served by a business. You can make provisos that affect all people without regard to race, religion, sex- like "no shoes no shirt no service"- but you can't really go around saying "we don't serve blacks" or "no Jews need apply". Know what i mean?

You do not make the claims for harm for others. People make their own claims. You are not necessarily harmed when I am harmed. We are not the same person. Nobody expects you to make the claim for harm if you are not the person feeling harmed. BUT Because YOU do not feel harmed does not entitle you to impose your sense of peace upon others who are feeling violated in a particular way. You can dismiss the feelings of others if you are a dictator. In a democracy such imposition is more problematic... Even if people did not have a "proper claim" it does not mean they are unharmed. There is at best a partial congruence between law and justice. When we speak of "harm" the chasm widens considerably. Whether or not Moho is legally entitled to exclude people and make them feel...well..excluded (for some reason or other--RIGHT)...it does not equate to any assumption that his behaviour (legal or illegal) does no HARM. So let us not confuse harm with rightness. I can harm people all day long without breaking the law. I can tell you right now...if I go to a doctor and he tells me to go to another waiting room and re-arrange my day because he only services homosexuals...I will not only be "harmed"...but so will that son of a bitch.
