I would not like to see business proclaim "we don't serve blacks" or "no Hews need apply" and I would be very unlikely to patronize such businesses even though I am neither black nor a Jew, but I don't think that people properly have a right to insist on service from anyone who doesn't want to give it to them other then from the government or if they already have contracted for the service or perhaps in certain exceptional areas like medical treatment for a life threatening condition. To the extent I can accept many anti-discrimination laws and find any justification in them it would be similar to the justification put forth by some supporters of affirmitive action. That the laws would be needed as a temporary remedy for past injustice and as a way to achieve a great practical benefit, but strictly looking at the principles involved I find many anti-discrimination laws to be unjust.
