I'm prepared to treat micro businesses pretty much as individuals for purposes of freedom of association. I understand that you disagree, but I think there needs to be a sliding scale when it comes to discrimination. If Mojo hires employees, hangs out a shingle, etc., then he takes on more of the responsibilities of a business. As long as it's just him and a portable massage table, and he doesn't directly offend anyone, then I'd leave him alone. It's systemic discrimination that we need to be concerned about. At a lower level, it's more rudeness.
