John, it seems that Larry Johnson might be something of a fraud. On the News Hour Tuesday, he claimed to have worked with Plame at CIA for three decades. But because Plame is 40 and Johnson retired from the CIA in 1989, that claim has been discredited. Yesterday, he claimed to have worked with her for four years.

You are convinced a crime has been committed yet you have no earthly idea if the allegations fit the statutory definitions.

You did not read the statute until I posted it. Maybe not even then.

It's not splitting hairs, John. It's about withholding judgment--assuming innocence until there is proof of a crime--because the facts are simply not yet established, something you are unable to do when it comes to the Administration.
