Having a very small minority being able to so easily get another election after many millions voted for Davis in a fair election is just a power play by the rich publicans....taking a pre 1900 law and morphing it into a power grap is wrong....Davis has done nothing wrong, illegal, worthy of a small minority being able to get someone into the governorship with less than 15% of the voters. Pete Wilson is behind Arnie and is the one really responsible for the energy debacle that has destroyed the Cal economy....and if nothing else, BUSH and his TEXAS BOYZ are to blame for the huge deficits in California and JUST ABOUT EVERY STATE IN THE NATION......so when are they going to boot out the governor that was fairly elected in Nevada???? a republican.....it's all bull and anti democracy. You vote for a candidate and you get the winner....JUST DON"T TELL DUMBYA THAT....or he might have to leave the white house and hide in the Supreme Court. CC
