So I guess then the answer to my question is no and that the only search we can currently do is to search for individual words within all the message boards combined.

Yes, the advanced search previously resided at siliconinvestor.com but it went bye-bye.

Before that, a couple of the limiters were

#subject=32048 (limit results to messages on this thread)
#user=4591117 (limit results to messages posted by you)

Alas, they too were vanquished to the bit bucket.
