On Fox. Powell, Rice, Keyes. My last boss was very bright. At least as bright as me so I would not claim he was brilliant. And Powell may only be very very bright.

I had black school-mates who were brilliant, and have workd with various blacks on various projects, many of whom are quite brilliant. I have never questioned a man's intelligence because of his race. Stupid comes in all colors, and so do brains.

For Harris to say blacks are "too stupid" to get into college withot help, is not only wrong, but you forget many need a helping hand because they were not well prepared by poor inner city schools, as opposed to much better funded suburban schools. Therein lies the inequity. And that's why many need scholarships and other help. But only those who really work for it.

Also consider that until desegregation blacks were not even allowed to fully participate in our US eduction system, nor sports for that matter.

Blacks obviously tend to do better at sports. That is a way to win a scholarship. But even that does not come in any particular color. It may be that blacks just try harder at sports these days because they know it's their best ticket. The GOP black ex congressman, JC Watts for instance. I believe Watts was/is the ONLY black GOP congressman too.
