Californians dont mind paying higher gasoline prices for cleaner fuel. Our worst problem is too many cars. But no one can solve that. It's gone way too far. Best we can do is gradually convert to cleaner fuels. I hope people are leaving California so we can reduce over-population here, but they're not. The "business fleeing California" is just about corporate greed and high home prices. But still people our in from all over the world. Davis just fixed the worker's comp thing and saved 4 billion there.
