It is a bit like Dodge-Ball. The last person who doessn't get hit by the random throw of the ball wins. Look at the convolutions! Look at the reversals of rulings and the consequences which attach!

I understand that policy and procedure were followed to the final conclusion. I am not saying it was not properly conducted. I am merely musing on the inanity of "justice" where a person or a bias or the sun coming through the window, or the judge's bottle of scotch can make all the difference. What about when people do not have the resources or the inclination or the energy to go to higher courts and eventually the Supremes? It is random in the sense that it depends on a myriad of factors which are not standardized but are based on resources of money and connections.
