First, no such inference need be drawn. I do not like to dance with women who are very short. I make no comment on their character, it is a matter of my comfort as a dancer. Second, even if he disliked homosexuals or Jews per se, as long as his dislike has a tangential impact on them, it is not your business to force him into close contact with them. It is one thing to forbid discrimination in a commercial apartment complex, for example, but in a context of a basement apartment in someone's home, there is no good reason to impose. It is one thing to seek to dissuade someone of prejudice, and another to rub their noses in situations that offend them.
