LOL, Tyvec stopped the drafts, not the vinyl siding. Now your friend with the broken back will have his eye offended every time he sees that siding.

Should have gone with something that adds beauty to the home.

it was Asbestoes shingles ,, the house was a two and 1/2 family with a huge drop in the back... house hadn't been painted in twenty years.. bushes around the house were up to the second level as they hadn't been trimmed in years. It had a pull chain toilet, set tub, and coal kitchen stove combined with gas burners. The front room, or living room hadn't been used in twenty years... Two coals beds full in basement although furnances converted to oil.
