No, no, no, and no. People have to be liable when they injure others and we do live in an intricate society where we all can have an impact on others. Drunk drivers are a menace and prevention is the best cure there, put them in jail before they kill someone. Insider traders steal from the common man. Voluntary euthanasia would eventually be pushed on certain sick people by the influences of insurance companies if it were legal (to cut costs). The common man today needs laws to protect him from huge, powerful corporations. And spam is a fact of life. In order to be free we sometimes have to hear things we don't like or agree with. And receiving junk mail in the mailbox in front of your house is the same as e-mail spam. Just fight it technologically imo.
