No, I don't think they would be so eager, but I think that would be because the flip side is a recognized religious/cultural issue and the man would be merely goofy.

As an aside, my father just dealt with some prostate problems and while they were working on him, they asked if a cluster of students could watch. He sheepishly said yes, but acknowledged afterwards that it turned out to be no big deal. He said the kids were very professional.
