the NYT is playing with you and not speaking the truth because they see the administration's shakeup as an admission that things are not going well in those countries. Some of you NEED the NYT to explain things to them (regardless of whether the conclusion is appropriate or not). The rest of us just want the news, from which we can draw our own conclusions. The NYT's commentary does not follow from the facts presented in their own story. You cannot conclude from the fact that the administration is making changes to its strategies that "its plans for reconstruction" .. "have proved insufficient". You guys get so used to being spoonfed liberal commentary you haven't the slightest notion when it happens. It is called "liberal propaganda".
