I'm with you on this. Some state in the boonies condemns Calfornia for their taxation issues when they never had to deal with immigration and the corporate non-ethics we have here. These companies exist in large part due to the University of California, something the taxpayers built. If some tech company doesn't want to pay to live here they can go to Idaho or Montana or wherever they want to go, and farm that state's university system for ideas and employees, have at it.
