I do agree about education courses not being worth much. But that's a different issue. Not about funding.


I covered both issues in my post. My point was that funding would not be a problem if you had a larger base of qualified people. Rejecting people because they don't have a "Certificate" is nothing but a restriction method to limit the base.

Can I prove it? The private schools are full of very good teachers who do not have certificates. And I think it is obvious that the less the restrictions, the easier it would be for the schools to hire.

I don't think that starting with a cutoff of a Four year degree is going to low. We staff our major corporations this way without a problem. And our private schools.
