Not only would she not pick Bill to be vice-president, I wouldn't be surprised if she dropped the Clinton off her name once her campaign started in full time.

If Hillary became President and Bill vice-President, she might become yet another of the many dead bodies found around slick Willy and he would end up as President again. What a horrible thought.

Is Bill officially unqualified to serve as President? I thought he was only prohibited from running for President for a third time.
