.jpg- re: gray davis i don't know enough about him to judge but from what i saw in the past month on TV he seems like one of those kinda people that you really have to work hard to find their socially redeeming qualities... like... is he wearing a watch? yes? oh, ok... then i guess i can look at it when he's around and i'll know what time it is... that's a good, useful thing about him. <vbg> i hope arnold works out for you. he certainly seems to have genuine concern, desire and the energy to work on turning things around... and he's got a lot of talented people (from all across the political spectrum) offering help. good luck. -el optimist

Hi Cactus! How's it going? It amazes me the number of people that I know from all across the political spectrum who couldn't stand Gray Davis. 61% of the votes were for a republican. Wow. I have a client that has owned a plant in this state for years, yet he lives in California. Months ago he was talking about how bad Davis was and that he was planning to move his entire family here to get out of California. He had lived in California for years, yet he did move. RR
