it was up or down on davis. arnold was competing with over 130 others. it is wrong to say he wouldn't have legitimacy if he won with only 30% of the vote. it might be right to say he is not credible- as lacks experience, didn't say where he stood, etc.

I think the country's total repudiation in the 2002 elections of the Democrats and whatever it is they offer continues ..
