He may not have known much about it, he doesn't know much about most things, but Cheney knew, and Cheney sent Bush off to ponder the mysteries of stem cells with Condi as his minder, always reporting back if Junior appeared to stray from movies, cedar trees, or stem cells. They were waiting the next Pearl Harbor, and that's what they delivered.

What's Bush's excuse for not catching Osama? and why did he allow the Bin Lauden family to fly out of the country after 9-11 without interrogations when all other flights were grounded? Dont blame Clinton. 9-11 happened on Bush's watch and he was warned on 8-5 about imminent hijackings. He was on the ranch and did nothing.
