How do you know Arnold isn't a liberal? He certainly is on every social issue. He also stood up for Clinton during Whitewater. He talks fiscal conservatism but that's a good thing today's Democrats believe in much more than Bush does. Bush is apparently for massive deficit spending. Besides having too many old Pete Wilson types behind him, Arnold may indeed turn out to be as much against the GOP agenda as he is the liberal one. He hasn't given us any specifics so nobody knows yet. It could be he used the Republican party.
