It is going to be hard to blame the bubble for all the woes in the country in 04 when some of the bubble stocks like amazon are close to their old highs. So what caused the record deficits then? This stock market bubble was supposed to be a once-in-100 years phenom that Bush could say was the root of all evil. The sad part is that as the market climbs the middle class is much worse off than they were when Clinton was pres. This will not improve. And the tech industry really doesn't like Bush at all.
