When you say "I blame Clinton" 3 years later you disqualify yourself from being taken seriously. Good presidents don't blame their problems on those in the past and neither do their supporters. I never heard Clinton blaming Bush Sr. for anything. The blame it on CLinton tactic has gone way-way-way too far with the Bush apologists on the right. Simply holds no water anymore. If Bush wanted Osama dead he would be dead. But he either took his eye off the ball or something else.
