So far Al Qaida doesn't have any of those weapons. If they get them it would most likely be a from some former Soviet country's mafia. That's why the war on terror should be focusing more on those countries and guarding their stockpiles than trying to blame everything on Saddam. Saddam is/was just one of dozens of dangers out there. My feeling has always been that he was never even in the top five threats. I did a list once and he was at #7.
