How can you say HIV won't spread in Iran? Are you aware that the Iranian version of Shi'a Islam permits temporary "marriages" as short as a few hours? It's not adultery or prostitution from their point of view, but from ours, there's no functional difference.

Homosexuality is allegedly illegal, but actually culturally quite common in Islamic countries.

As a doctor, don't believe the hype, believe what people actually do.
