Cheney doesn't care about my car.
Cheney only cares about the first sale of the oil, the one where he takes the profit.

He also doesn't want to share any of those oil profits of Iraq with the Iraqi people. That is why he is having it shipped out through Kuwait, so that any future Iraqi government will not be able to make a claim for a share of the funds.
