He [Cheney] also doesn't want to share any of those oil profits of Iraq with the Iraqi people. That is why he is having it shipped out through Kuwait, so that any future Iraqi government will not be able to make a claim for a share of the funds.

Let's see the evidence that supports all those various and sundry assertions.
