However, they also shoot themselves in the foot with the 8% sell rule and so when a stock drops 8% it really drops hard as we saw 2 weeks ago in that 3 day correction. They all were shaken out and then missed the rebound. The new investors really got hurt by the short sellers convincing them to sell. That is a difficulty with a rigid 8%, it doesn't tell you when to get back in.

I sold SFCC for a double just under 34 and it corrected back to 27 thanks to announcement of offering during that selling week along with the 8% sellers.
